Horly Bliss is a singer/songwriter from Osun, he Live & raise in Ikorodu Lagos state, he Started singing at a very young age and ever since then he have produce more than 8 singles but no promotion because of the financial issue etc but he keep it up cause he believes sooner or later the time is going to be right.
